Anneka Manning, creator of the face-to-face and online baking school BakeClub, is an Australian baking and cooking authority. A warm and generous communicator and educator, she has worked as an author, food editor, consultant, and publisher for an impressive list of leading food publications including Australian Gourmet Traveller, Australian Good Taste, The Australian Women’s Weekly, The Sydney Morning Herald and Murdoch Books.
