StoryFest 2025 will be a wonderful weekend of talks and performances with international bestselling authors - but it can only take place with the support of our volunteers.

There are a host of different roles for anyone with a flexible attitude, a welcoming smile and good communication skills. You might be helping with ticket collection, artist support, room setups, or general customer service - but don’t worry, you can tell us where your interests and specialities lie!

We look after our volunteers with a dedicated 'green room' providing refreshments across the festival, opportunities to interact with Festival guests, and a thank you event when it's all over.
